Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. By filling out and submitting forms on the website sapsan-service.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the User consents to the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

2. By submitting forms on the Website, the User confirms:
   - that the User has voluntarily provided SAPSAN-SERVICE with their personal data, and the Company has lawfully obtained this data and is authorized to process it on legal grounds;
   - that the User acknowledges receiving information about the owner of personal data, their rights as a data subject, the composition of the collected personal data, and the purpose of its processing.

3. The User is informed that the owner of the personal data is SAPSAN-SERVICE, located at: vul. Nyzhankivskoho O., 5a, Lviv, 79005.

4.Personal Data Processing includes any actions or a set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, dissemination, anonymization, destruction of personal data, including through automated systems.

5. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
   - conclusion and execution of contracts and transactions;
   - fulfillment of the Parties’ rights and obligations, review of complaints and suggestions;
   - informing the User about services, consultations, and technical support;
   - ensuring the security of the Website;
   - providing additional services by the Company's partners;
   - fulfilling other obligations under Ukrainian law.

6. List of Personal Data to be processed may include:
   - last name, first name, patronymic, gender, age, date, and place of birth;
   - information from identification documents (passport);
   - registration address and place of residence;
   - phone number, email address;
   - payment details (bank account/card number);
   - other information provided by the User.

7. The Company does not collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If the User is under this age, they are prohibited from using the Website.

8. During processing, the Company may transfer personal data to third parties (lawyers, courts, counterparties, financial institutions, etc.) without requiring additional notification.

9. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a request through the feedback form to the email address info@sapsan-service.com.

10. Personal data may be processed in both paper and automated forms.

11. The User confirms that the data provided by them is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date, and that the consent to personal data processing is voluntary and indefinite.

12. The User's rights as a data subject are defined by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
