Terms of payment and delivery

1. Payment for goods

1.1. Placing an order on the website constitutes your confirmation of acceptance of the payment and delivery terms.

1.2. You can make payment for your order using the following methods:

• Bank transfer to a bank account.

1.3. In the case of an order for a product made to order, we will confirm the delivery terms and estimated delivery time after the order has been agreed upon.

2. Delivery of goods

2.1. Goods in stock:

• If the product is in stock and available in full, we will ship it within 3-5 business days after confirming the order and receiving payment.

2.2. Made-to-order goods:

• If the product is out of stock or the quantity is limited, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier. The estimated delivery time and shipping details will be agreed upon with you after confirming the order.

2.3. Delivery is carried out via courier services or transport companies that support delivery to your city or region.

2.4. The delivery cost is calculated individually and depends on the chosen transport company, the weight and size of the product, as well as your location. Delivery details will be provided during the order process.

2.5. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carriers.

3. Returns and exchanges

3.1. Returns of goods are only possible in cases specified by the laws of Ukraine, and the product must be unused and in proper condition (the packaging is intact, and the product shows no signs of use).

3.2. Returns or exchanges of made-to-order goods are only possible with the agreement of our managers.
